In my classes, every body is unique, and no practice is the same. I meet you where you are, guiding you through a practice that supports your body’s current needs and empowers you to build a sustainable routine. The goal is to give you the tools to create a practice that works for you, both on and off the mat. We focus on improving organ function, balancing energy, and supporting long-term mental and physical health. By learning to listen to your body, pace your breath, and move with intention, you’ll develop strength, ease, and resilience that extend beyond the yoga mat.
