My teaching draws on a range of disciplines, blending alignment-focused practices, restorative work, and practical tools to make yoga accessible for all bodies—especially those navigating aging, joint pain, or mobility challenges. I am known for creating spacious, supportive classes that invite students to explore breath, alignment, and movement with curiosity and ease.

Since completing my 200-hour training at Sky Ting NYC, I’ve taught yoga, meditation, and movement. I completed an additional 100-hour training with the teachers of Tenon Movement, and I am currently working toward my 200-hour Katonah Yoga certification.

I teach private and group classes in New York City and Vienna, working with students to cultivate sustainable self-practice and long-term health and well-being on and off the mat.
